Our safety knives have been specifically designed for little hands learning to take part in the kitchen. Made from BPA free plastic, they have a blunt tip and ergonomic handle with a silicone non-slip grip. What makes these knives truly special is the serrated edge which requires a gentle sawing motion to cut through food - not little fingers.

We suggest starting with soft fruit and vegetables to get used to the sawing motion and advise using a non-slip chopping board our one of our silicone baking mats underneath to make it easier for your little one.

Excellent

I didn’t know what to expect, but I definitely didn’t expect it to cut so incredibly with a variety of foods while it still being safe! My toddler is still learning, so he has had a few knocks to the hand while chopping. However, thankfully, this has never resulted in a cut or anything you’d expect with a real knife. Great product, thank you.

Such a great knife! My 3 year old can help cut up things for our dinner, like broccoli, and it cuts so well but I don’t have to worry about him hurting himself
