Choc Chia Pudding

Ingredients:


1 Cup Milk (or coconut milk)

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey if over 1yr)

1 Mashed banana

1 Tbsp Cocoa

1 Tsp Vanilla

3 Tbsp Chia Seeds


Method:


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth
  2. Pour into jars or air-tight container 
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4hrs or overnight 
  4. ENJOY :)
